3-Day Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@guvae.com within the 3-day period. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the return. The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending back your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@guvae.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about specific products, feel free to reach out.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the current one, and once the return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you within 48 hours whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
European Union Returns
Please note that we currently only accept orders and returns for customers in Morocco.
